This Policy covers dvoider.com (marketing + waitlist), app.dvoider.com (product), and native apps we publish.

1. Who we are

DVOIDER helps founders turn ideas into projects and find collaborators. Contact: [email protected] · Support page.

2. Information we collect

• Account & profile — name, email, username, password hash or Google/Apple sign-in identifiers, role, skills, bio, avatar, location, collaboration preferences, 16+ age attestation.
• User content — ideas, comments, messages, stage posts, stories, reports.
• Photos & video — images and video you choose to upload for your profile picture, idea covers, D Stage posts and stories. On mobile you may supply these from your photo library or by taking them with the camera; we access the camera or library only at the moment you pick a file, and never browse them in the background.
• Technical / usage — IP, device/browser, locale, pages/actions, UTM/referral, session cookies.
• AI inputs — idea text and chat prompts sent to AI features.
• Waitlist — details you submit on the marketing site.

3. How we use information

• Operate accounts, feeds, messaging, collaboration, and moderation.
• Provide AI structuring/refinement (OpenAI when configured).
• Transactional email (Resend) and email OTP (Twilio Verify when configured).
• Optional push notifications.
• Product analytics via Amplitude. Sampled session replay runs on the web app only — it is disabled in our iOS and Android apps, which send ordinary usage events but never record screen content.
• Security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

4. Processors

We do not sell personal information. Processors may include hosting/CDN (e.g. Cloudflare), OpenAI, Google, Apple, Twilio, Resend, Amplitude, and OpenTimestamps calendars for seal anchoring.

5. Cookies

First-party session cookies for login and browser storage for preferences / anonymous visitor IDs. No third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention & deletion

Account data is kept while active. Delete in-app (Settings → Delete Account) or email us. Idea seals may outlive an account so proofs stay verifiable. Amplitude erasure is requested on deletion when configured.

7. Children

Not directed to children under 16. Contact us to delete a minor’s account.

8. Your rights

Depending on location (including GDPR): access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability — email [email protected].

9. Changes

We may update this Policy and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
